Procedures
We normally recruit personnel through AD in the local newspapers
and
through
Engineering
Institutes for technical personnel of mechanical ,
electrical, and air conditioning and refrigeration discipline. We normally
get the bio-data of the prospective candidates from these institutes,
shortlist the candidates, call them for a preliminary interview to assess
the candidate's merits, based on which they can be recruited as trainees
initially for a probationary period, followed by confirmation of services
with all facilities as applicable to other permanent employees of the
company.
For
the sales & marketing people, we place them with a suitable
designation based on their experience and capability to handle the job,
with promotional
opportunities for high performers.
