ROOS TEMPKOOL LIMITED was founded by a far sighted visionery who dreamt of putting his country a step forward. It is a dream brought into realism on 1991 by a very professional MBA-Engineer and a member of ASHRAE (USA), CTI (USA) and honorary life member of ISHRAE (INDIA) Mr. S. N. DATTA.
