Recruitment Procedure
We normally recruit personnel through advertisement in the local newspapers and through Engineering Institutes for technical personnel of mechanical, electrical, and air conditioning and refrigeration discipline. We normally get the bio-data of the prospective candidates from these institutes, shortlist the candidates, call them for a preliminary interview to assess the candidate's merits, based on which they can be recruited as trainees initially for a probationary period, followed by confirmation of services with all facilities as applicable to other permanent employees of the company. For the sales & marketing people, we place them with a suitable designation based on their experience and capability to handle the job, with promotional opportunities for high performers.
